Ginger and Lemon tea recipe
Here's a simple recipe for ginger and lemon tea:
Ingredients:
1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
1/2 lemon, sliced
2 cups water
Honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions:
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add the sliced lemon to the pot and continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the tea cool for a few minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add honey or sugar to taste, if desired.
